courgette and basil soup

Recipe gleaned from the “sonatural sopa” (http://sonatural.pt/) bought in April 2011 at the airport in Porto:

Ingredients (2 portions)

• 1 courgette
• 1 turnip
• ¹⁄₂ onion
• four large chunks of pumpkin
• 8 basil leaves

Make the soup, blend, add raw basil and blend again.
